PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & “ANTI-TARNISH” CLARIFICATION

Certain products on our website are described as “Anti-Tarnish”.

For clarity:

  • “Anti-Tarnish” refers to a protective coating applied to reduce early oxidation and colour fading.

  • It does NOT mean permanent non-tarnishing.

  • It does NOT guarantee lifetime colour retention.

  • Colour longevity depends on usage, exposure, skin chemistry, storage, environmental conditions, and care.

All plated jewellery naturally experiences wear over time. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.

5-Day Return Window

You've got 5 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. If the piece doesn't feel like "you," or it arrived with a defect, just reach out — we'll take care of it.

How Returns Work

Email us at support@maubae.com  within 5 days of delivery, letting us know what's going on.

2. Get Approved
Our support team will review your request and walk you through the next steps once your return is approved.

3. Pack It Up
The piece should be unused, unworn, and back in its original packaging — with everything it came with.

 

Full Refund, No Runaround

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for it to reflect.

  • Within 5 Days — requests must be raised within the return window
  • Approved First — all returns go through a quick approval step with our team
  • Complete & Resalable — original packaging, pouch, and any accessories included

We always recommend recording your unboxing when your Maubae order arrives. If there's ever a concern with a defect or a mismatch, this video makes the whole process faster — clear footage of the sealed package, the unboxing, and the product itself is all we need.
